Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes online orders don’t work out. Attire By Anderson will gladly accept returns of full-priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise with all tags and manufacturing label intact for a store credit within 3 days from the date your order is delivered. No exceptions.

Items must be returned in the same condition received and must not include excessive human or pet hair or contain any smell/smoke. Items that do not meet these requirements will be subject to denial.

Items not eligible for return are sale items, bodysuits, jewelry and accessories. 

Defective Items

It is our mission to only showcase and distribute items in the upmost quality and condition. However, should you receive an item in error or with defect, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt to inform us of the issue so that we may assist you and correct the error. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for return or replacement, and we are no longer responsible for the order. Please include photos of damage or defect in your email to avoid delays in resolving the error in a timely manner.

Please note: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. Exact colors of items may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, photography lenses, and computer/phone screen resolutions. Discrepancies in these situations do not qualify as defective items.
